Shipping & returns

Orders are shipped for free where possible but may attract delivery charges where this is not possible. Orders may also be collected from our office.

Returns Policy

Should you for any reason need to return product that you have purchased, you may do so in the following situations. You will however be liable for ALL shipping costs that may arise or have already been incurred by us:

-       Product “Dead on Arrival” i.e. not working at all

-       Faulty Product

-       Order Error ONLY if the packaging is intact.

-       Any other reason agreed to have arisen through no fault of your own

Any goods returned may be replaced or substituted. Refunds are subject to the supplier authorising the return. All return requests must be made less than 48 hours after delivery. Only items that are unopened in their original packaging may be returned. Not all returns or cancellation requests will be granted.
